Aluma Silicon 540 C High Temp. Paint
Organic modified Aluma Silicon 540 C High Temperature Paint shows high temperature resistant property up to 540°C. Its development is based on combustion silicones to withstand mainly high temperatures for guarding varied surfaces of concrete, iron, etc. from very high temperatures up to 540°C.

Spray and brushing
If non uniform material is there and behaves like mercury owing to high inner pressure stress, then paint the surface, wait for 60 seconds and then paint again until a smooth surface is attained
It is suggested to blend the paint well before as well as during painting
Spraying: 0-5% thinner D and -21 pressure 4-5 atm. (can apply without thinning)
Brushing/roller: 5% (can apply without thinning)
Airless: 0-5% thinner D-21 pressure 5-6 atm. 0.015” nozzle (can apply without thinning)
Chemical or technical cleansing is done until metal remains white
Chemical: rust remover 3000 and grease/oils degreaser M
Mechanical: grade ST3 steel brushes
Sand blasting grade: SA 2.5
Iron metals: zinc silicate
Other metals: use primer paint accurately to ensure steady adherence
At room temperature in shaded and protected place having proper ventilation
Keep the lids closed tightly
D-21 instantly after finish painting

Store at 15°C to 25°C temperature
Over Spray: Dust is created by dry gases of the air that causes the paint particles to fall on the surface. The impact becomes stronger owing to over pressure and heat. To evade the negative effect, the pressure of the spraying must be lowered to the essential minimum. A different possibility is to augment the amount of the thinner that cause the paint particles to fall wetter on the surface.
An additional suggested possibility is to add a retarder to enhance the time of painting application, hence increases the drying up time, and enabling it to reach the surface wetter
